The guarantee
180 days. 100% back. Nothing deducted.
This is the whole guarantee. It fits in a paragraph because there is nothing to hide in it.
Wear your EvenStep orthotics for up to 180 days from the day they are delivered. If they are not right, tell us and we will remake them at no charge. If you would rather have your money back — at any point in those 180 days, before or after a remake — we refund 100% of the price you paid for the orthotics: a full refund. Return shipping is free; we send the label and you return the pair by mail. There are no restocking fees, no shipping deductions, no fees for wear.
The delivery promise
Under 10 business days from the day we receive your impression — or a full refund.
A second promise, separate from the 180-day guarantee. The clock starts the day we receive your impression, and it is refund-backed.
Under 10 business days from the day we receive your impression — or a full refund. If your pair has not arrived within 10 business days of your impression reaching our workshop, cancel for a full refund. Counted in business days from the day your impression arrives at our workshop. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Once your pair arrives, the 180-day guarantee above starts from the day they are delivered.
Why we wrote it this way
"Money-back" should not need a footnote.
Ours has no footnote: no percentage deducted, no shipping deducted, no mandatory adjustment period before you can ask. A "money-back" that needs those is a warranty pretending to be a guarantee. Named brands' guarantee terms are quoted, with sources, on our compare pages.
What we promise
- 180-day window from delivery
- 100% refund of the orthotics price
- Free return shipping, label provided
- Remakes included, never required
- No restocking, shipping or wear deductions
What we ask
- Give the pair a fair go — most feet need one to two weeks to settle
- Tell us what is off; a remake usually fixes it
- Send the pair back with our label so we can learn from it
- Do not have a third party cut or grind the shell
Is the refund really 100%?
Yes. If you request a refund within 180 days of delivery, we refund the full price you paid for the orthotics. We do not deduct restocking fees, shipping costs, "adjustment" fees, or a percentage for time used.
Do I have to try a remake first?
No. We will offer a remake because fit problems are usually fixable, and remakes are free. You can accept the remake or take the refund — your call, not a mandatory step.
Who pays return shipping?
We do. Ask for a return and we email you a free shipping label for it within 1 business day. Returns are by mail; there is nothing to drop off in person.
When does the 180-day window start?
On the day the carrier marks your orthotics delivered. It does not start at order or at impression receipt.
What about a second pair?
Each pair is covered on its own terms. Return one and keep the other if that is what you want; the refund is the price you paid for the returned pair.
Is anything not covered?
Pairs modified by a third party, and damage from misuse (for example, a pair cut down with a knife rather than trimmed along the guide). Normal wear inside 180 days is covered. The full text is on the returns policy page and it matches this page word for word on the numbers.
