A review here comes from someone who paid for a pair, wore it for at least two weeks, and answered our request. We do not write reviews, buy them, import them from anywhere else, or hide the bad ones.
How we collect them
- Request sent 14 and 45 days after delivery, to the email on the order.
- Each review is tied to an order; the product and date are shown.
- If we ever offer a thank-you for a review, it is offered for any review — positive or negative — and the disclosure appears next to it.
- We publish the rating exactly as given. Fake or off-topic reviews are removed and the removal is logged.
- Aggregate ratings appear in search results only after 5 verified reviews exist for a design.
