Terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from

EvenStep Orthotics LLC (to form) ("EvenStep", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, the returns policy, the shipping policy and the privacy policy.

2. What you are buying

Custom foot orthotics made to order from an impression of your feet, in the design you select or the design the fit quiz matches to your answers. Because each pair is made for you, it cannot be resold; that is why the guarantee, not a general return right, governs returns.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars: $189 for the first pair and $139 for each additional pair in the same order. Shipping is free both ways. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is processed by Stripe; installment options (Klarna · Affirm · Afterpay) are contracts between you and that provider. FSA/HSA eligibility is determined by your plan administrator; we do not bill insurance.

4. Your impression

You agree to follow the kit instructions. If an impression cannot be used, we send a replacement kit at no charge. We keep your impression and its digital model for reorders unless you ask us to delete them.

5. Timing

Kits ship within 1 business day of order. Under 10 business days from the day we receive your impression — or a full refund. If your pair has not arrived within 10 business days of your impression reaching our workshop, cancel for a full refund. Counted in business days from the day your impression arrives at our workshop. The shipping policy explains how the days are counted.

6. Guarantee

Every pair carries the 180-day 100% money-back guarantee described in the returns policy, which is part of these terms. Remakes are included and never required.

7. Not medical advice

EvenStep orthotics are designed to support and offload the foot. Our site, quiz and staff do not diagnose any condition or provide medical care, and are not a substitute for a clinician. Stop wearing the orthotics and contact us if they cause pain, and see a clinician for severe, sudden or worsening symptoms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Reviews and content

By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it with your first name and last initial. We publish reviews from verified buyers, positive and negative, under our editorial policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, unless applicable law gives you the right to another forum.
