One building. One queue. One date.
The promise is ours, refund-backed, and it is written down here — the same number is on the product page, the checkout page and your receipt, so it cannot drift.

When does the clock start?
It starts the day we receive your impression. The 10 business days are counted from that day to your finished pair at your door — not from the day you order, because the kit's trip to you and back is in your hands. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
What if my pair is late?
If your pair has not arrived within 10 business days of your impression reaching our workshop, cancel for a full refund. Write to care@evensteporthotics.com and a person tells you exactly where it is. The 180-day 100% guarantee applies to the pair regardless.
What if I hold on to the kit for a week?
Nothing changes. The clock has not started yet — it starts the day your impression reaches our workshop, so the days a kit waits at your house are simply not counted. We email you the day it arrives, with the date.
Can I pay for a rush?
No. There is one queue and it moves in order of impression receipt; there is no rush fee because there is no backlog to sell you out of.
How can you promise a date at all?
Because the workshop is our own. Your impression is checked the day it lands, the shell is milled there, and the finished pair ships from the same building — nothing waits for a batch to fill. The promise is refund-backed: if we miss it, you can cancel for a full refund.
