Everyday
On my feet all day
Built for 4+ hours standing or walking at work: a deep heel cup, a firm arch and a durable top cover for concrete, tile and twelve-hour shifts.
For nurses
A custom pair shaped to an impression of your feet, for the shoes you actually work in — clogs, nursing sneakers, whatever gets you through a shift on hard floors. Designed by a physician-founder, built in our own workshop.

Designed for
Hours on concrete and tile load the heel and flatten the arch. These four things are built into the long-shift design from your impression.
Holds the heel fat pad under the bone so the heel lands on cushion, shift after shift.
The arch contour is taken from the foam you press at home — not a low, medium or high pick-list. Shell firmness follows your weight band.
Made for the floors you stand on: it does not pack down in a month and wipes clean.
Full length trims along the guide to nursing sneakers and clogs with a removable liner; a three-quarter design covers slim shoes, and a women's fit is proportioned for women's footwear.
The designs
Same impression, three profiles: the full-length long-shift design, the women's fit, and the three-quarter for slim shoes. A second pair for a different shoe is $139.

From the break room to your locker
Everything happens at home except the making. Milled and finished by hand in our New York workshop, from domestic and imported materials.
Where it hurts, what you do all day, which shoes. We match one of 25 designs to you — no diagnosis, just a fit plan.
A foam impression kit ships within 1 business day of your order. Press each foot into the foam, close the box and send it back. Five minutes, no appointment; shipping is free both ways.
Your impression is checked the day it lands — that is the day your delivery clock starts. A technician contours arch, heel and forefoot to your foot; the shell is milled to that contour, finished and checked against your impression.
Under 10 business days from the day we receive your impression, tracked the whole way. Counted in business days from the day your impression arrives at our workshop. Slide them in, lace up, walk. 180 days to decide.
The honest guarantee
Wear your pair for six months. If they are not right, we remake them.

Yes, if the clog has a removable liner: take it out and slide the full-length pair in, trimming along the guide if needed. For clogs and slim shoes with no room for a full insole, the three-quarter design ends behind the ball of the foot and needs no trimming.
Firm shell, cushioned top. A long shift needs control under the arch and a heel that lands on cushion; an all-soft insole gives you neither. Shell firmness is set from your weight band and your impression.

No. The pair is made to an impression of your feet that you take at home in about five minutes. If a clinician has named a condition, choose that design instead; the quiz works from where it hurts.
