We make your pair in our own workshop
Your impression is checked the day it lands — that is the day your delivery clock starts. A technician contours arch, heel and forefoot to your foot; the shell is milled to that contour, finished and checked against your impression.

Will they fit my running shoes?
Yes. Remove the shoe's own insole and slide the pair in, trimming along the guide if needed. Tell us the shoe when you order — road, trail or a racing flat — and we shape the forefoot for it.
Can I run in them straight away?
Start with easy miles: an hour or two the first day, then more each day, and expect one to two weeks before they are in every run. Mild awareness of the arch is normal at first; if anything rubs after two weeks, tell us — adjustments are free within the guarantee.
I run three times a week and my heels ache. Is this the right design?
If a clinician has named plantar fasciitis or heel pain, choose that design — it has a deeper heel cup and a heel pad — and add the running pair for your shoes. If nothing has been named, the quiz works from where it hurts and what you do. We do not diagnose.
Can I pay with my FSA or HSA card?
FSA/HSA eligible — pay with your FSA/HSA card at checkout or submit our itemized receipt. We don't bill insurance.
What if they are not right?
Within 180 days of delivery a remake is free, and so is a 100% refund if you would rather — no deductions, free return shipping.
