About the chat assistant

What it can do

Answer questions about products, ordering, the impression kit, shipping, the guarantee, and FSA/HSA; recommend a product from your answers using the same rules as the quiz; look up an order's status when you give the email you ordered with and the order number; and hand you to a person when you ask.

What it will not do

Give medical advice or name a condition, quote a price or shipping time that is not on this site, change or cancel an order, or process a refund — a person does those. If you describe symptoms that need care, it will tell you to see a clinician.

Limits

The assistant can be wrong; the policies on this site take precedence over anything it says. It is rate-limited, and when it is offline you will see an email address instead: care@evensteporthotics.com, Monday to Friday, business hours (Eastern).

Your transcript

Assistant conversations are stored for 30 days to improve answers and to help a teammate pick up where the assistant left off, then deleted. Do not share medical records or card numbers in the chat. Details are in the privacy policy.
