Multi-sport
The all-rounder: firm-enough shell, moderate heel cup and cushioned forefoot from your impression — for the week that mixes court, gym, road and field.

By sport · custom orthotics
A firm shell, deep heel cup and forefoot cushion for jumping, landing and cutting — shaped from your impression for the high-top.
Designed for
Basketball is the foot’s hardest sport in a small space: jump, land, plant, cut, again. The heel takes the landings, the arch takes the cuts, and the forefoot takes forty minutes of hardwood.
This design is built firm for it. The shell holds through lateral cuts, the heel cup is deep to steady the foot under the ankle on landings, the forefoot is cushioned for the jumping, and the arch is shaped from your impression so the support is where your foot loads it.
Firm shell, deep heel cup, cushioned forefoot, grippy low-friction top cover; full length trimmed to court-shoe lasts.
From your kitchen table to our bench
Everything happens at home except the making. Milled and finished by hand in our New York workshop, from domestic and imported materials.
Where it hurts, what you do all day, which shoes. We match one of 25 designs to you — no diagnosis, just a fit plan.
A foam impression kit ships within 1 business day of your order. Press each foot into the foam, close the box and send it back. Five minutes, no appointment; shipping is free both ways.
Your impression is checked the day it lands — that is the day your delivery clock starts. A technician contours arch, heel and forefoot to your foot; the shell is milled to that contour, finished and checked against your impression.
Under 10 business days from the day we receive your impression, tracked the whole way. Counted in business days from the day your impression arrives at our workshop. Slide them in, lace up, walk. 180 days to decide.

Yes. Remove the sockliner; basketball shoes have the depth. The design is trimmed to court-shoe lasts.
A deep heel cup and firm shell steady the heel under the ankle, which many players feel as more stable landings. It does not replace ankle strengthening or a brace if a clinician has recommended one.
Basketball if it is your main game — the heel cup is deeper and the shell firmer for landings. Multi-sport if you split your week across gym, court and field.
Your orthotics are shaped from an impression of your own feet, not a size chart, and the shell is set to your weight band. We confirm the length from the impression and trim the pair to the shoe type you told us about. If anything is off, a remake is free inside the 180-day guarantee.
A shelf insole is one of three or four shapes chosen to fit millions of feet; it cushions but it cannot hold a heel or contour an arch that isn't its own. A custom orthotic is shaped from an impression of your foot, so the heel cup, arch profile and forefoot relief are yours. If a shelf insole has already solved your problem, keep it — we say so in our guides.
Full-length designs fit sneakers, walking and running shoes, work boots and most lace-ups; remove the shoe's own insole and slide ours in, trimming along the guide if needed. The three-quarter design is for dress shoes and flats where there is no room for a full insole. Each pair is shaped for one shoe type, which is why a second pair for a different shoe is $139.
