Designed for
Who this pair is for
For the week that will not pick one sport
Gym on Monday, pickleball on Wednesday, a run on Friday, a hike on Sunday. Each of those has a dedicated design in our range, and each design is tuned to a shoe and a load. If your week mixes them all, you need the one that does well in all of them.
This is that pair. A medium-firm shell gives enough control for cuts and enough give for running; a moderate heel cup fits trainers, court shoes and running shoes; the forefoot is cushioned for hard surfaces of every kind; and the arch is shaped from your impression. It lives in the gym bag and moves between shoes.

FAQ
Questions about the multi-sport pair
Still unsure? Write to care@evensteporthotics.com — a person answers.
Which sports does it suit?
A mixed week: gym twice, a pickleball or basketball game, a run, a hike. If one of those is most of your week, its dedicated design will fit that shoe and that load better.
Will it fit all my shoes?
Trainers, court shoes and running shoes with a removable sockliner, yes. Cleats and cycling shoes are too slim; those have their own designs.
Multi-sport as a second pair?
Yes. A condition design covers daily wear; the multi-sport pair covers the gym bag, shaped from the same impression.
How do I know they will fit?
Your orthotics are shaped from an impression of your own feet, not a size chart, and the shell is set to your weight band. We confirm the length from the impression and trim the pair to the shoe type you told us about. If anything is off, a remake is free inside the 180-day guarantee.
What's different from a shelf insole?
A shelf insole is one of three or four shapes chosen to fit millions of feet; it cushions but it cannot hold a heel or contour an arch that isn't its own. A custom orthotic is shaped from an impression of your foot, so the heel cup, arch profile and forefoot relief are yours. If a shelf insole has already solved your problem, keep it — we say so in our guides.
Which shoes will these fit?
Full-length designs fit sneakers, walking and running shoes, work boots and most lace-ups; remove the shoe's own insole and slide ours in, trimming along the guide if needed. The three-quarter design is for dress shoes and flats where there is no room for a full insole. Each pair is shaped for one shoe type, which is why a second pair for a different shoe is $139.
