On my feet all day
Built for 4+ hours standing or walking at work: a deep heel cup, a firm arch and a durable top cover for concrete, tile and twelve-hour shifts.

Everyday & work · custom orthotics
The balanced design: heel cup, arch contour and forefoot cushion from your impression — for the shoes you wear most.
Designed for
Most days are not a marathon or a twelve-hour shift; they are errands, a commute, a walk, a few hours standing somewhere. Feet ache after them anyway, especially in shoes whose own insole is a slab of foam. This is the design for those days and those shoes.
It is balanced rather than corrective: a heel cup that holds the heel without dictating to it, an arch contour from your impression at medium support, and a cushioned forefoot for pavement and tile. It fits sneakers, casual lace-ups, walking shoes and most loafers with a removable insole.
Medium shell — flexible for lighter people — full length, smooth top cover; trims along the guide. The natural second pair when your first is shaped for a boot, a cleat or a running shoe.
From your kitchen table to our bench
Everything happens at home except the making. Milled and finished by hand in our New York workshop, from domestic and imported materials.
Where it hurts, what you do all day, which shoes. We match one of 25 designs to you — no diagnosis, just a fit plan.
A foam impression kit ships within 1 business day of your order. Press each foot into the foam, close the box and send it back. Five minutes, no appointment; shipping is free both ways.
Your impression is checked the day it lands — that is the day your delivery clock starts. A technician contours arch, heel and forefoot to your foot; the shell is milled to that contour, finished and checked against your impression.
Under 10 business days from the day we receive your impression, tracked the whole way. Counted in business days from the day your impression arrives at our workshop. Slide them in, lace up, walk. 180 days to decide.

Anyone whose feet ache after a normal day without a named condition — walking, errands, commuting, standing in line. It is the design the quiz falls back to when nothing else dominates.
Everyday for an ordinary day of walking and sitting. On-my-feet-all-day when you stand or walk four hours or more at work; it is firmer and its heel cup is deeper.
Yes. A condition or sport design covers the shoes it was shaped for; the everyday pair covers the casual shoes you wear the rest of the time, from the same impression.
Your orthotics are shaped from an impression of your own feet, not a size chart, and the shell is set to your weight band. We confirm the length from the impression and trim the pair to the shoe type you told us about. If anything is off, a remake is free inside the 180-day guarantee.
A shelf insole is one of three or four shapes chosen to fit millions of feet; it cushions but it cannot hold a heel or contour an arch that isn't its own. A custom orthotic is shaped from an impression of your foot, so the heel cup, arch profile and forefoot relief are yours. If a shelf insole has already solved your problem, keep it — we say so in our guides.
Full-length designs fit sneakers, walking and running shoes, work boots and most lace-ups; remove the shoe's own insole and slide ours in, trimming along the guide if needed. The three-quarter design is for dress shoes and flats where there is no room for a full insole. Each pair is shaped for one shoe type, which is why a second pair for a different shoe is $139.
